Executive Partner. A deep, ongoing partnership with one founder or executive. I manage the work behind your work — calendar, inbox, projects, launches, vendors — and anticipate what's next so nothing lands on your plate that doesn't belong there. Monthly retainer. I take a maximum of two Executive Partner clients at a time, on purpose: you get priority, not a slice of my attention.

Virtual Retreat Producer. For travel and event industry founders and retreat hosts: your in-person retreat, planned and coordinated remotely from first venue call to final farewell. Three levels of support, from planning blueprint to full handoff with an on-site coordinator I source and manage. You just show up and lead.

Membership & Community Support. For organizations and communities that run on relationships — member engagement, events, and communication, built on eight years of growing and managing a thriving 120-member chapter.

Operations & Systems Support. Need focused, reliable help on specific projects — CRM setup, systems organization, email marketing, travel coordination — without hiring full-time staff or committing to a retainer? Flexible hour-block packages to get things handled and keep things moving.

why me

I've spent more than 20 years supporting executives, founders, and high-performing communities. For eight of those years, I managed a YPO chapter of C-suite leaders — growing it from 70 to 120 members while planning 15+ events a year and serving as the trusted point of contact for every one of them. For the last six, I've been the behind-the-scenes partner to a national speaker and author. I've produced corporate events, incentive trips, and a luxury retreat with dozens of moving pieces that felt effortless to everyone attending.

What ties it all together: I stay calm and organized when there's a lot in motion, I handle every detail thoughtfully, and I build systems that support growth instead of adding weight. Good support should make your life feel easier, not heavier.
